GENERAL COMMENTS FROM THE AUDIENCE. Citizens who have registered with the City Secretary prior to the meeting being called to order and desire to address the City Council with comments of a general nature, as it relates to the City of Rosenberg, will be heard at this time. Speakers can only speak once during any meeting, either under General Comments or under a specific agenda item. Each speaker is limited to three (3) minutes, except that a speaker who addresses the City Council through a translator is limited to six (6) minutes. Speakers making personal, impertinent, profane or slanderous remarks may be removed from the room and shall be barred from reentering the Chamber during the session of City Council. In accordance with the Texas Open Meetings Act, the City Council is restricted from discussing or taking action on items not listed on the agenda. It is our policy to have all speakers identify themselves by providing their name and residential address when making comments.

Consideration of and action on Resolution No. R-2911, a Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute, for and on behalf of the City of Rosenberg, Second Amendment to Water Supply, Wastewater and Drainage Services Agreement between the City of Rosenberg, Texas and D.R. 3. Consideration of an action on Ordinance No. 2020-09, an Ordinance amending the Unified Development Code by amending Section 2-52 of Article III of Chapter 2; Section 4-132 of Article V of Chapter 4; Section 7-57 of Article VII of Chapter 7; and adding a Section 2-57 of Article III of Chapter 2 thereof, providing for the adoption of revised Lowest Floor Elevations for Residential and Nonresidential Construction; providing for severability; providing a penalty for violation of any provision hereof; and providing an effective date. 4. Consideration of and action on Resolution No. R-2910, a Resolution authorizing the City Manager to negotiate and execute, for and on behalf of the City of Rosenberg, Texas, a Contract for Musical Entertainment, Sound Reinforcement, Stage Lighting, Staging and Power for the 2020 Family 4th Celebration, by and between the City and Bayou City Sound in the amount of $17,000.00.
